If you want a supportive team beside you, grateful residents around you, and a place to grow as a CNA - you've found it!*Skilled nursing facilities provide care for geriatric patients who require 24/7 careHours: This is a part-time position, and we are hiring for the Night Shift - 6 PM to 6 AMWages and Benefits:Hourly range of $17-23CNAs can participate in our Nursing Tuition Reimbursement and get $500/month applied towards a nursing program.TrainingOn the job training will be provided to all CNAs. The training period is tailored to each individual, depending on comfort level and experienceRequirementsCurrent CNA certification Effective communication with coworkers and residentsWillingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term careJob DutiesAnswer residents' call lights to determine needsTurn and reposition residents while they are in bedProvide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercisingReview dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate dietRecord food and liquid intake and output as necessaryReporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff and develop relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable
