Guest Services Assistant Manager
Cascade Vacation Rentals is seeking a Guest Service Agent. Guest services is the focus on guest communication, problem-solving, and reservations using our property management system. This is a key role in our company and we are looking for someone bright, empathetic, and personable.

With our main office located centrally in Lutsen, MN we are here for all guests staying in our properties from Duluth to Hovland and up the Gunflint Trail. As all of our homes are direct check-in, the majority of guest interactions will be over the phone.

CVR offers the following:

• Up to 19 days paid vacation that starts accruing on day one
• Starting wage of $20.5/hour with a 90-day review.

• Hours are 9 am - 5 pm
• Monday - Friday in the winter and Tuesdays - Saturdays during summer/peak season (June 15th through third weekend in October)
• Closed every Sunday as well as Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

• 1 week of paid-on-call hours on a rotating basis to handle guest issues when office is closed.
• Hybrid/remote work is available
