WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead and manage a team of 9, including 3 section growers
• Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and weekly PGR applications
• Manage propagation and transplanting per the production schedule
• Maintain quality control at every stage of production
• Plan weekly schedules and assign greenhouse space efficiently
• Work hands-on alongside your team every day
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Fluent Spanish is a firm requirement — our team communicates primarily in Spanish.
• 5 years of greenhouse growing experience
• 3 years managing a team of 3 or more
• Fluent Spanish required
• Knowledge of plant pests and diseases
• Pesticide Applicator License (or willingness to obtain one)
• Self-managed, organized, and detail-oriented
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $81,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience)
• Performance bonus: up to $10,000 annually
• Total potential compensation: up to $100,000
