Cascade Sports Injury Prevention & Physical Therapy LLC is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team of high-quality sports and orthopedic clinicians in the Denver Metro area.
Cascade Sports PT is a small, privately owned practice focused on providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a one-on-one treatment model. We are a sports-oriented clinic that treats athletes and active individuals of all ages and abilities—from young adolescents and recreational athletes to collegiate, professional, and Masters-level athletes. Our goal is simple: help our patients get back to the activities they love and perform at their best.
Our team includes Board-Certified Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapists, instructors within the CU School of Medicine Physical Therapy Department, and former collegiate and professional athletes. We are a team of lifelong learners who value mentorship, collaboration, clinical excellence, and continued professional growth.
We are looking for a talented, motivated, lighthearted, and fun—but highly professional—Physical Therapist who enjoys working with active people and wants to be part of a close-knit team.
The ideal candidate is confident and competent in orthopedic physical therapy and able to work independently, while also being open to mentorship, collaboration, and continued learning. Sports experience is preferred, but a strong orthopedic foundation is essential.

- Current Colorado Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy
- Strong orthopedic evaluation and treatment skills
- Ability to independently manage a patient caseload
- Excellent communication skills with patients, coworkers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong organization, time-management, and documentation skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work 34–40 hours per week
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered, one-on-one care
- Willingness to participate in mentorship, collaboration, and continued professional development
The physical demands of this position include:
- Ability to lift, push/pull, walk, squat, kneel, stand, and reach throughout the workday
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds of dead weight
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to communicate with patients, coworkers, and other healthcare professionals
- Sufficient visual acuity to evaluate and monitor patients and complete required documentation
