Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on air conditioning and heating systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify wear, leaks, or potential issues.
- Replace or clean filters, inspect electrical connections, and verify refrigerant levels.
- Communicate maintenance findings clearly and professionally to customers.
- Recommend repairs or system improvements to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation and reports.

Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
