Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at one of our portfolio brands in the Texas, Virginia, or Florida regions for the position of General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, fostering a strong organizational culture, managing budgets, and innovating business processes. The role also requires leading business development initiatives, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maintaining operational excellence across all areas of the business.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
- Experience in operational oversight, strategic planning, and business development
- Financial acumen, including budget management and revenue optimization
- Expertise in customer relationship management and service delivery
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services industries is a significant advantage
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
