Cascade Health is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Patient Finacial Representative to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate billing, smooth financial operations, and a positive experience for both patients and staff.
Job Summary
Responsible for the daily fiscal operations of the department, including patient account management, billing, and collections. Ensures accuracy of financial and patient data while supporting multiple departments and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient accounts, including billing, credits, and collections
- Ensure accuracy of patient, staff, and cost center information
- Assist with billing across multiple departments and programs
- Maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
- Provide professional and courteous communication with patients and staff
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in billing, insurance, or medical office required
- Strong data entry, 10-key, and basic accounting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player with a positive, flexible attitude

Pay: $19.10 - $28.64 per hour
