Full-Time Happy Customer Service Agent - Experienced/Tier 2
This is an in-office position.
Looking for EXPERIENCED Full-Time Happy people to join our growing team at Cascade, where our goal is to provide world-class customer service to our prepaid and debit account holders. So if you are a happy, pleasant, helpful and an overall positive person, this may be the job for you!
This is a small, rapidly growing office/small call center environment, no face to face with customers. No sales.
3 years Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center or office customer service setting is a MUST.
Experience in a Financial based customer service/ contact center is preferred.
Customer Happiness Agent Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written
- Excellent grammar and punctuation
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and a desire to provide exceptional quality of service and support.
- Comfortable working individually and/or as a team.
- Have a "thick skin" and be willing and able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
- Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to professionally handling incoming requests from customers (voice calls, emails, chat) and ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Commitment to maintaining a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Putting the customer first, handling issues in the best interest of both the customer and our company.
- Fast typing skills are a plus. Minimum 35wpm
- You must be able to pass a background check.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime.

Office Hours: 24/7/365 - rotating shifts to cover weekends and holidays. Primary shift needs for afternoon and graveyard shifts.
Office Location: Off Sahara between Durango and Buffalo.
Tier 2 Compensation range: $15-17 - based on experience and shift. Full Time - Excellent Benefits available to full-time employees, including medical and generous time-off benefits, including two weeks of paid vacation in your first year.
Salary : $15 - $17
