Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Connection Center Representative (Spanish Speaking) at our Kent, WA location. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members, assisting with their account inquiries, transactions, and financial needs via phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities include handling account maintenance, resolving member issues, providing information on products and services, and ensuring members receive exceptional customer service. You will also support member growth by identifying opportunities to align credit union products with their financial goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service, active listening, and clear communication in both English and Spanish
- Experience in account management, problem-solving, and resolving member or client inquiries
- Familiarity with financial products and services such as loans, savings, and other banking operations
- Technical skills, including data entry, navigating financial systems, and using online communication tools
- Strong interpersonal communication skills that promote building trust and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to manage tasks with attention to detail and under time constraints in a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience in the financial services or credit union industry is preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or relevant certifications considered a plus
