Job Description:
Cascade Eye Center is a multi-doctor optometry clinic looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a medical office medical office patient coordinator position/administrative assistant at our clinic. Applicant must have superb customer service skills, be highly motivated, and work well in a team environment for a busy office. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Patient scheduling and verification
- Answering phones
- Checking patients in for services
- Prepping and filing medical charts
- Coordinating patient referrals
- Medical and Vision Insurance Verification and Claims Submissions
- ICD-10 Medical Coding
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
Experience: 1 year customer service experience
Hours: 8 hours/day, Mon-Fri (no weekends). 8:30am-5:30pm, with 1 hour lunch.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
