About Us: Cascade Elite Gymnastics (CEG) is a top gymnastics facility offering quality instruction to athletes of all ages and levels. We focus on creating a supportive and fun environment where gymnasts can succeed. We provide competitive team programs, recreational classes, camps, clinics, and special events.
Position Overview: We are hiring a Team Coach specifically for the Boys Developmental Program.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Get along with co-workers.
- Develop lesson plans tailored to each gymnast.
- Communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents, and staff, including communicating with parents regarding student's progress, either in person or via the enrollment platform.
- Maintain equipment safety.
- Attend staff meetings and training.
- Develop training schedules and prepare athletes for competitions.
Qualifications:
- Must commit to at least one year with CEG.
- Previous gymnastics coaching experience required.
- Able to pass a background check.
- CPR, First Aid, and SafeSport certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work well with students, parents, and co-workers.
- Dependable and timely.
- Competitive coaching experience preferred.
- Ability to travel for competitions as needed.
- USAG Professional Membership and Safety Certification (or obtain upon hire).
