Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outpatient mental health therapy to a diverse caseload (children, teens, adults, or families)
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and peers to support client progress and best practices
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Oregon regulations
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and consultation groups
• Actively contribute to our clinic’s mission and values
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Current Oregon licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
• Experience or interest in working with a range of populations (ages 5 )
• A strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
• Familiarity with insurance-based outpatient mental health services (training provided if not)

Benefits
- Wage potential based off 30 clinical hours/week Licensed: $108,900 - $124,500 Based off 30 Clinical hours/week
