Cascade Commercial Services is a trusted, family-owned commercial facility maintenance company based in Washington State. We take pride in delivering top-tier service to our commercial clients across Western Washington—and we’re growing! We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Maintenance Technician to grow with us. No two days are the same in this role, and we’ll train you every step of the way.
Previous construction related/trade related experience or extensive hands experience with DIY home projects is a must. We tackle different scopes of work everyday so you will always have a new challenge and problem to solve!

Start with Support: Paid Hands-On Training
You'll spend your first few weeks riding with a seasoned tech to learn the ropes, ask questions, and get confident before running your own route. This is a paid training period that sets you up for long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Get daily job assignments via our dispatch system
- Visit 3–6 job sites/day across Western Washington
- Handle a wide variety of repairs: drywall, painting, basic lighting, light plumbing, flooring, and more
- Communicate with customers and provide details for estimates
- Track jobs and updates using our software
- Occasionally help scope out new projects or supervise subcontractor work
- The vast majority of our work is indoors, that means NO down time in the winter.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 25 with a valid driver’s license and clean record
- Able to lift 100 lbs and work safely on uneven terrain
- Can pass a drug test and background check (we believe in second chances)
- Basic tool/equipment familiarity
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Construction/Trade related experience
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Trade license
- Desire to grow into a leadership or supervisory role
