Job Summary
The first point of contact with the customer. Will act as a liaison with the customer and team to create an excellent experience for the customer. Schedules repairs, rentals, coordinates with insurance companies, receives payment, and follows up with accounts receivable.
Responsibilities Essential Functions

· Schedules repairs
· Closes Repair Orders in Management System
· Schedules Rentals
· Payment receipts
· A/R Follow up
· Customer delivery
· Monthly Reporting

· 1 Year of Customer Service required
