POSITION OVERVIEW: The Assistant Gift Processor helps process donations to CCS and assists the Advancement team in other aspects of annual fundraising activities (Golf Tournament, Auction, etc.) with competency and confidentiality in a timely manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with a need for accommodation to perform the essential functions of this job. 

•  Update donor database (Donor Perfect Online)
•  Enter gifts into the database
•  Process payments
•  Receipt donors
•  Invoice donors
•  Attend team meetings
•  Administrative duties can include preparing mailings, preparing supplies for events, scheduling meetings, keeping   minutes at meetings, etc.
•  Other duties as directed 

REQUIREMENTS: 

•  Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Teaching Statements and Statement of Faith.
•  Christian role model in attitude, speech, and action
•  50 words per minute or more
•  Enjoys database and data entry work
•  Basic computer processing skills
•  Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•  Detail-oriented
•  Data entry experience
•  Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
•  Proven ability to work collaboratively, positively, and courteously with colleagues, constituents, and the public   throughout all interactions
•  Flexibility and initiative, as well as the ability to work independently, combined with the skills for thriving in a team   environment, to achieve institutional goals and professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information
•  Work reflects the ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, with close attention to detail and     prioritization to meet deadlines
•  First aid and CPR-certified or willing to receive and pass certification training
•  Background check clearance 

HOURS:

10 hours weekly (hours vary based on season)           

START DATE:

August 1, 2026

SALARY RANGE:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
