- Maintain a developmentally appropriate environment in the classroom
- Develop activities that meet group and individual needs of students
- Ensure a safe and well-managed after-school program
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate an attitude of support and encouragement
- Prefer one to two years experience in school-age program
- Must be willing to abide with all current Cascade Christian COVID protocols
- Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching Statements
