Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, primarily responsible for supporting patients in understanding the treatment sequence and their financial responsibility. The Treatment Coordinator will manage treatment planning, explain procedures and costs, handle pateint objections, coordinate with insurance companies, ensure patient satisfaction, and assist in resolving scheduling and financial concerns sompatients can get the csre they need. Strong communication and Sales experience a MUST.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and strong organizational skills to manage patient care effectively
- Experience handling patient objections and finding solutions to increase case acceptance.
- Familiarity with insurance processes, claims, and coordination
- Sales experience a must
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain treatments and costs clearly
- Advanced understanding of Dental Care and terminology
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to help doctors explain and payients understand the care they need.
- Previous experience as a dental assistant a bonus
- Proficiency in Open Dental software
