What You'll Do
- Manage CEO priorities and special projects, ensuring critical initiatives stay on track while maintaining focus on core business objectives
- Drive cross-functional alignment and communication, breaking down silos between teams and ensuring everyone is working toward shared goals
- Own internal operations spanning executive team coordination and strategic planning processes
- Partner directly with the CEO on critical operational initiatives including team scaling and process optimization
- Lead internal projects that drive operational excellence, from implementing new systems to streamlining workflows across all teams
- 3 years of management consulting experience at a leading firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) or strategic roles at high-growth tech companies
- Proven ability to structure complex operational challenges, build scalable processes, and drive execution in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience managing internal operations, team coordination, or chief of staff responsibilities at high-growth companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work across both quantitative analysis and qualitative strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to coordinate across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executive leadership
- Previous founder's office, chief of staff, or CEO assistant experience at a scaling startup
- Experience building internal operations during rapid team growth (30 to 200 employees)
- Background in fintech, banking, or lending industry
