Barista / Experience Host – Casaluna Collective (Rancho Cucamonga)
Casaluna Collective is a boutique, members-only coworking space designed for women entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals who value a calm, beautiful, and inspiring environment.
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Barista / Experience Host to elevate our members’ daily experience through coffee service and hospitality.
This is not a fast-paced coffee shop role. This is a high-touch, boutique environment where energy, presentation, and attention to detail matter.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and simple specialty beverages
- Maintain a clean, aesthetic, and organized coffee bar
- Greet members and create a welcoming, elevated atmosphere
- Assist with light restocking (cups, creamers, syrups, etc.)
- Support occasional content creation (photos/videos of drinks or space)
- Help maintain the overall calm and polished vibe of the space
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not required)
- Friendly, professional, and naturally welcoming personality
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Someone who appreciates aesthetics, branding, and ambiance
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable in a quieter, boutique-style environment

Schedule
- Part-time
- Morning shift preferred (approx. 8am–12pm or 9am–1pm)
