Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance to enhance their experience
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently in our software
- Address guest inquiries via phone, email, or through the booking platforms with clear, friendly communication
- Coordinate with operations departments or accounting to fulfill guest requests promptly
- Provide information about home amenities, local attractions, and event schedules
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to improve service quality
Requirements
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest population effectively
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in front desk or guest services roles
- Bilingual abilities can significantly enhance communication with international guests
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions
