You’re the person who keeps Casacampo feeling effortless for guests. You are their host, concierge and the one they can see onsite.
You’ll move from the lounge and boutique, to greeting families, to guiding tours, to prepping for events. You oversee the vibe, the guest experience, and the day’s rhythm.
Full-time when the ranch is buzzing. Part-time when things slow down.

What You’ll Do
Food and Beverage & Hospitality (Peak Season Focus)
- Serve as lead bartender for wine, beer, pisco cocktails, mocktails
- Lead and train seasonal staff
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Maintain drink quality, consistency, and flow
- Manage POS and tip tracking
- Maintain serve safe standards
- Support ordering and prep

Guest Experience
- Be the welcoming face guests first meet
- Guide guests through park and garden check-in, boutique navigation, and ranch etiquette
- Manage feed cups, ticketing, stroller flow, and crowd pacing
- Ensure all public areas stay clean, stocked, and calm
- Support parents and families with smooth movement across the ranch
- Maintain the “slow living, stress-free” vibe

Tour Guidance
- Lead short introductions, mini-tours, and guest walk-throughs
- Explain ranch areas, animals, gardens, and activities
- Keep guest movement organized and safe

- Manage snacks, beverages, ice cream, and retail displays
- Keep shelves clean, stocked, and beautifully presented
- Run POS, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain product count
- Keep their ready at all times

Events & Weddings
- Serve as the point of contact for couples and private bookings
- Coordinate walkthroughs, vendor communication, and event details
- Manage timelines, setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
- Protect the ranch experience while hosting multiple event types

Team Leadership
- Oversee and schedule seasonal team members
- Delegate tasks and ensure consistency
- Train staff in hospitality, tour guidance, bar flow, and safety
- Maintain daily and weekly communication with ownership

Property Operations (Light)
- Monitor cleanliness across paths, play areas, and gathering spaces
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Keep park amenities stocked (napkins, utensils, water, ice, etc.)
- Ensure safety and order during high-traffic days

Overnight Stays (Light Support)
- Assist with guest check-ins and communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff
- Help with guest questions or small on-site needs

- Track supplies (bar, snacks, retail, ice cream, cleaning)

- Provide weekly updates on staffing, sales, operations, and event needs

Position Details
- Full-time May–October (40 hrs/week)
- Part-time November–April (25 hrs/week)
- Weekends evenings required in peak season
- Compensation: $17-18 plus tips
- Wedding day pay is time and a half
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 22.0 per week
