Position Summary
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaning Specialists to join our growing team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services for residential clients in the Boca Raton, Delray and Deerfield Beach area. If you enjoy making spaces shine and take pride in your work, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow Casabela’s cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction
Requirements
- No experience needed (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Boca Raton Delray & Deerfield Beach
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks including but not limited to bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (some Saturdays as needed)
- Daytime shifts
- Consistent routes in local service areas
