We’re a growing real estate group serving Hope Mills, Fayetteville, and all surrounding areas and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Administrative Assistant who can keep up with our energy, creativity, and pace.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
No two days are the same here. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our marketing and files running smoothly.
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create and schedule engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Design marketing materials for listings, events, and branding
- Assist with email newsletters, flyers, and online ads
- Work within platforms like Canva, Google, WordPress, and ad tools
- Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Occasionally visit listings or neighborhoods to capture content
Administrative Support
- Process real estate files and ensure documentation is complete
- Keep transactions organized and on track
- Provide day-to-day admin support to agents and team
- Assist with systems, checklists, and office organization
- Help wherever needed — we’re a team-first environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skills Needed
- Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram required)
- Canva/design skills required
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Basic marketing knowledge
- Experience with Google Ads & WordPress is a BIG plus
- Real estate experience is helpful but not required
You must be willing to provide samples of previous marketing/design work.
