What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional DSP CRMA Awake Overnights Full Time position at Casa, Inc?
Working in a 1- or 2-bed group home in Westbrook with male and female clients.
Set schedule as follows:
EVERY SATURDAY, SUNDAY and MONDAY for a total of 36 hours per week
This position requires that you have CRMA.
Applicants must have a High School Diploma/GED, per DHHS regulations.
Hourly pay of $17.50 -- $18.50 per hour; will train. Higher compensation is for applicants with CRMA, DSP and/or experience. Position requires some personal care.
This is a full time position and after a 60-90 day benefits window, you will be offered Casa's Best-in-Class Benefit Package, offering 100% employer-paid (ie. free) health, dental and life insurance.
After 60-90 days of employment, you will be eligible for an additional 50 cents per hour based on performance and, if you have your own insurance, an additional $1.50 per hour.
