Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact and set the tone for a welcoming, professional, and uplifting experience. You’ll be responsible for assisting members and guests, supporting sales and membership goals, maintaining studio cleanliness, and contributing to a positive studio culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Drive membership and retail sales by genuinely educating clients about offerings
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and app messages in a timely and helpful manner
- Maintain clean, organized front desk and studio areas
- Manage waitlists, class check-ins, and schedule changes
- Assist with inventory tracking and merchandising of retail products
- Support instructors and team members with daily operations
- Represent the brand with positive energy and authenticity
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Passion for wellness, yoga, or fitness a plus
- Comfortable with technology (POS systems, booking apps, email)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available for evenings and/or weekends
