Job Summary:
As a Server Assistant at Casa Tua, you will support our servers and enhance the guest experience in our fine dining restaurant. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers with table setting, clearing, and resetting tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support servers with running food and drinks to guests, ensuring that orders are correct and delivered promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, ensuring all areas are stocked and well-prepared for service.
- Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and assist with other guest needs as directed by the server.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the server stations.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all glassware, utensils, and plates are polished and ready for use.
- Support in maintaining the restaurant's high standards of cleanliness and service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the workspace for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Pay: $12.14 per hour
