A place for friends, family, and guests from around the world, where simplicity meets sophistication, and individuals with a zest for life come together. Since our opening in 2001, Casa Tua has since expanded with locations in Aspen, Paris and New York, as well as our Italian Kitchen, Casa Tua Cucina. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Host to join our team at Casa Tua restaurant in Miami Beach, Florida.
Our Hosts provide exceptional service to guests and members in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner with a sincerely pleasant and professional demeanor. He or she helps greet and seat incoming guests, answers phone calls in a clear and gracious manner, accepts reservation requests and assists the lead host or MOD throughout service. Our hosts are the first point of contact for our guests, and they must be poised, polished, warm and welcoming. A smile and a gracious demeaner are imperative.
As a Host, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and an outstanding experience. We are searching for a friendly, energetic, highly motivated individual who will thrive in our team-oriented restaurant. The ideal candidate for this position should have a positive outlook, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture. A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant, is also necessary.
