Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages with precision and consistency
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on coffee, teas, and accompaniments to elevate the guest experience
- Ensure all drinks meet Casa Tua’s presentation, taste, and timing standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of the coffee bar at all times
- Collaborate with servers and service staff to deliver timely and seamless service
- Engage warmly with guests, offering personalized hospitality and attention to detail
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and equipment care standards at all times
- Support the service team by assisting with guest needs and contributing to a polished dining environment
Experience
- Previous barista or coffee preparation experience, ideally in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso equipment, coffee preparation techniques, and milk texturing
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused approach
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Morning availability is essential; open schedule and flexibility preferred
