Part-Time Innkeeper (Cross-Trained Role)
Our small boutique inn in beautiful West Sedona is looking for a flexible, dependable, and high‑energy individual to join our close‑knit team.. We pride ourselves on offering warm hospitality, thoughtful touches, and a peaceful guest experience—and we’re seeking someone who shares that same passion for service.
About the Role This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a team environment. As a part-time innkeeper, you’ll be floated across multiple departments depending on the needs of the property. No two days look exactly the same, and that’s part of the charm.
Primary Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Services
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general guest inquiries
- Maintain a polished, attentive presence throughout the property
Restaurant Support (Breakfast & Brunch)
- Serve as hostess during busy seasons
- Assist with bussing tables and running food as needed
- Support the restaurant team to ensure smooth, friendly service
Housekeeping Assistance
- Help housekeepers with stripping rooms
- Assist with laundry when needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
Events & Weddings
- Participate in on-site weddings and private events
- Provide support with setup, guest flow, and service needs

- High energy and comfort with being on your feet
- Ability to walk the property and navigate stairs (our inn has two flights of steps and no elevator)
