Overview
Join our dynamic team as an ALLSTAR-HOST/HOSTESS and become the welcoming face of our vibrant establishment! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for an exceptional experience. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and hospitality expertise will ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service and guest relations skills in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel instantly welcomed
• Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring smooth flow during busy hours
• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and reservations as needed
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and provide accurate information about the venue's offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting areas
• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to handle reservations or guest check-ins when required

Requirements

• Prior experience as a host or hostess in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest relations principles
• Previous experience in hotel or food service industries is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour
