Bartender / Server — Casa Pizzeria (Ludlow, MA)

Join the front-of-house team at Casa Pizzeria.

We are looking for a disciplined, high-output Bartender who can operate across service, bar execution, and floor support. This is not a single-function role—you will be expected to handle cocktails, espresso service, guest interaction, and operational responsibilities with consistency and speed.

This position is suited for someone who can move between bar and service seamlessly while maintaining control, cleanliness, and a strong guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to spec with consistency and efficiency
• Execute core cocktail menu and maintain accuracy under volume
• Operate espresso machine and prepare coffee-based drinks to standard
• Take food and beverage orders, enter into POS (Toast), and manage timing of service
• Serve guests directly at bar and tables when required
• Maintain full control of bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness throughout shift
• Restock bar, prep garnishes, batch ingredients, and maintain par levels
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and with accountability
• Support floor operations during peak periods (running food, clearing tables, resetting)
• Enforce food safety, alcohol service laws, and sanitation standards at all times

Required Skill Set

• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
• Working knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and basic bar prep
• Experience with espresso machines and coffee service
• Strong POS competency (Toast preferred)
• Ability to multitask under pressure without loss of accuracy
• Solid understanding of food safety, responsible alcohol service, and cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills with both guests and team members
• Reliable time management and shift discipline

Position Overview

This is a paid, hands-on role for individuals who can execute at a high level across multiple functions. You are expected to be efficient, organized, and consistent every shift.
