About the Job
Casa Pizzeria is a locally owned, award-winning pizzeria known for crafting multiple regional pizza styles under one roof — Detroit, Sicilian, Grandma, New York, New Haven, Bostonian, and Chicago. We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Craft Pizza Maker who takes pride in dough, fermentation, bake quality, and consistency.
This is not a “just throw toppings on dough” job — we’re looking for someone who cares about the craft.
Responsibilities
- Hand-stretching and pan-style dough work
- Sauce, cheese, and topping execution with consistency
- Operating deck, conveyor, and pan ovens
- Managing multiple pizza styles and bake times
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

- Pizza or kitchen experience preferred (training available for the right person)
