Location: Woodbridge, VA — CASA Pediatrics Urgent Care
Type: Full-time / Part-time
CASA Pediatrics Urgent Care is a pediatric-only urgent care — kids aren't an afterthought here, they're the whole point. We're looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who loves fast-paced, high-acuity work and wants to practice at the top of their license with a team that has their back.

What you'll do:
- Evaluate and treat walk-in pediatric patients with acute illness and injury
- Perform minor procedures — suturing, splinting, wound care, and more
- Order and interpret labs and X-rays, and build treatment plans around them
- Prescribe medications and guide families through next steps
- Document in ECW and coordinate with the care team
What you bring:
- Pediatric experience required — urgent care, ER, or PICU preferred
- Confidence in minor procedures and strong clinical judgment
- MSN/DNP (NPs) or graduate of an accredited PA program
- Current Virginia license and ANCC or NCCPA certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus (not required)
- ECW experience a plus (not required)
