Casa Oliver Hotel is a Gay Men Clothing Optional Resort.
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and visitors. In this role, you'll handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for everyone. We're looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and enjoys helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional welcome
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Answer phones and respond to guest requests, emails, and messages
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations using our booking system
- Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle payments, issue room codes, and maintain security of guest information
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs
- Resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems (training provided)
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
