ABOUT THE POSITION
Casa Nuova Elite Cleaners is seeking highly experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our growing team.
We specialize in Airbnb vacation rental turnovers, residential cleaning, and commercial cleaning services throughout Miami-Dade County.
We are NOT looking for entry-level cleaners. We are specifically seeking individuals with professional cleaning experience who understand industry standards, work efficiently, follow detailed instructions, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
Our ideal candidate is professional, punctual, organized, technologically proficient, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Cleaning Experience: Previous professional experience in Airbnb turnovers, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning is REQUIRED.
Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable personal transportation to travel between assigned properties and job locations.
Legal Work Authorization: Must provide valid documentation establishing authorization to work in the United States, as required by law.
Technology Proficiency: Must be comfortable using a smartphone and cleaning management applications to:
- Access digital cleaning schedules and assignments.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists.
- Upload before-and-after photographs.
- Record arrival and departure times.
- Communicate with management.
- Submit cleaning reports and report property issues.
Attention to Detail: Must consistently meet professional cleaning standards without requiring constant supervision.
Time Management: Must complete assigned cleaning projects efficiently while maintaining quality.
Professionalism: Must demonstrate excellent communication, reliability, accountability, and a professional appearance.
Flexibility: Must be available for scheduled assignments, including occasional weekends and short-term rental turnovers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional Airbnb turnover, residential, and commercial cleaning services.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and assigned spaces.
- Follow property-specific instructions and cleaning checklists without skipping required tasks.
- Prepare Airbnb properties to be guest-ready, including bed-making, linen changes, and staging.
- Complete mandatory before-and-after photo documentation.
- Report damages, maintenance concerns, missing supplies, and unusual property conditions immediately.
- Maintain excellent communication with management.
- Arrive punctually and complete assignments within designated timeframes.
- Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure all cleaning standards have been met.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company appropriately.
