Age Group: 18 months – 3 years
A well-established preschool in Bremerton is seeking a caring and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team. We are a beautifully designed school serving toddlers and preschoolers in a supportive, Montessori-inspired environment.
We are considering applicants who are Montessori trained, have ECE credits, and/or have classroom experience. If you enjoy working with young children and value respectful caregiving and collaboration, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children in the classroom, playground, meals, and nap time
- Assist with diapering and potty training
- Support group activities and classroom preparation
- Use positive discipline and strong classroom management
- Communicate professionally with staff and families
- Assist with observing and assessing children’s development
Qualifications
- Montessori training, ECE credits, or relevant classroom experience
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Excellent references
Requirements
- TB test
- MMR vaccination
- DCYF background check
- Food Handler’s Permit
- CPR and First Aid certification
