TYPE A PERSONALITY IS PREFERRED (Bilingual: Spanish/English a plus)
We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a TEAM basis on a variety of tasks related to owner’s working life and team communication.
Responsibilities
- Inspect Daily Units to make sure they are clean, prepped and ready for Guest Check-Ins
- Help Coordinate Daily Housekeeping Team - UNITS TO BE CLEANED
- Meet with Incoming Guests (when necessary) to provide assistance with Early Check-Ins, Luggage Drops, Lockbox, Lost Key or Parking Issues
- Make shopping arrangements for supplies (maintain inventory) with Owner & Supply Storage on site
- Run errands to (Pick Up/Deliver) supplies (Costco, Walmart, Post Office, Big Lots, Home Goods, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Otay Mesa Warehouse, Laundry Vendor, Furniture Wholesaler, etc)
- Devise and maintain (Expenses/Receipts) in a filing system with monthly expense reports in Excel
- Assist with UNIT decorating and upgrades
- STAGE 2 - Act as the point of contact between the Owners and guests using our Guest Channel Manager & Cell Phone
- Must have their own transportation (gas reimbursement)
Skills
