Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their retail and financial needs
- Assist customers with retail sales, including product recommendations and upselling opportunities
- Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash drawer management
- Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options, processing loan applications, and collecting payments
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales, customer information, and financial transactions using relevant software systems
- Handle loan collections professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, cash management logs, and inventory levels to support store operations
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Knowledge of banking or financial services processes is highly desirable
- Strong retail store experience with familiarity in cash handling, cashiering, and retail math
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and balancing cash drawers
- Skilled in data entry with attention to detail using financial software or point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively and handle inquiries confidently
- Experience with loan processing or collections is a plus, demonstrating understanding of retail lending procedures
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for efficient transaction processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
