Job Description:
As an Advertising Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales by building strong relationships with local businesses and organizations. You will provide customized advertising solutions that meet client needs while driving revenue growth for our company. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about helping businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in Casa Grande for advertising opportunities.
- Develop and present customized advertising solutions across various platforms (print, digital, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure client ads are engaging and aligned with their goals.
- Stay updated on market trends to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising or media sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
