Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Casa Grande, AZ, for a Behavioral Health Technician. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, supporting positive behavioral change, collaborating with therapists and care teams, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for the youth. The role also involves documenting progress, conducting observations, and providing appropriate communication to team members regarding client needs and behaviors.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
- Proficiency in Behavioral Intervention strategies and practices
- Foundational understanding of Psychology principles and their application in behavioral health settings
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to manage challenging situations and adapt to dynamic environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a behavioral health setting is an advantage
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
