Job Description
An individual who will be responsible for making sure that bar needs are met with everything during service to keep the business flow running smoothly. They support bartenders to ensure all glassware and bar service surfaces are cleared in a timely manner. They make sure all bar areas are left presentable and safe for all guests to enjoy freely and up to code based on regulations.
We are looking for an individual who is highly flexible, fast paced and approachable to coworkers and guests. Ability to balance both cleanliness and proactivity in a busy fast pace environment while focusing on sanitary and etiquette regulations which are essential for a food industry business.
Responsibilites:
-Keeping the bar stocked with liquor, beer spirits, garnishes, ice cubes and other products needed throughout the shift
-Ensure that glassware and bar equipment are clean and in the proper position for bar service.
-Stocking products and equipment
-Cleaning and good sanitation practices

-Bilingual in English and Spanish
