Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
• Manage banquet and catering setups, ensuring all details align with event requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Previous serving experience in restaurants or catering settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
