Casa De Zen Cleaning LLC is hiring a dependable part-time cleaner to assist with residential, commercial, Airbnb, move-in/move-out, and deep cleaning services.
This is a part-time position with variable, as-needed hours. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and may increase as we gain new contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Making beds and changing linens
- Removing trash
- Following cleaning checklists
- Reporting damages or missing supplies
- Working independently and with a cleaning team
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Working cellphone
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties
- Available for flexible weekday and occasional weekend assignments
- Willing to complete reference and background checks
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required
Casa De Zen provides cleaning supplies, equipment, training, workers’ compensation coverage, and payroll employment.
Service areas include Wilmington, Newark, Bear, New Castle, and surrounding Delaware communities.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
