Sign on Bonus of $6000 (prorated for Part time)

Weekend shift differentials $3.00.

Salary is based on experience.

Part time is an option also.

Qualifications of the Physical Therapist

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy

• Current and in good standing discipline specific state license.

• Preferred but not required - one (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long Term-Care
