Job Description

Position Title: Director of Quality & Performance Improvement

Schedule: Days/Varied

Pay: $120,000 / Annually

We are committed to maintaining excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. We are currently seeking a Director of Quality & Performance Improvement to join our team and help ensure the highest standards across our health center.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of five years of management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of quality measures and project management
  • Experience with regulatory compliance (state and federal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and medical records systems
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement quality improvement and assurance plans
  • Monitor resident care, satisfaction, and outcomes
  • Conduct evaluations of health center programs and services
  • Investigate incidents, complaints, and grievances
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement committees
  • Lead survey preparation and plans of correction
  • Train and educate staff on quality initiatives and protocols
  • Collaborate with leadership and frontline staff to improve processes

Salary : $120,000
