We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our front counter team.

Position Summary

As a Counter Team Member, you will be one of the first faces customers see when they walk into Casa. This role involves providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling payments, assisting with food preparation, and helping maintain a clean and organized environment.

This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Assist with preparing and packaging orders
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter and dining areas
• Restock supplies and assist with daily operations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members
• Help create a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
