Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll be responsible for crafting cocktails, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Execute cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff
- Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately
- Follow all TABC and health/safety guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (1 year ideal)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and basic spirits
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21 with valid TABC certification
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
