Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Therapist at Casa Capri Recovery in Newport Beach, CA. As a Primary Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting individual and group therapy sessions, creating treatment plans, and addressing dual diagnoses. You will work closely with our clients to assist them in their recovery journey and help them develop the skills needed for long-term sobriety.
Qualifications
- Experience Substance Use, Eating Disorders, and/or Dual Diagnoses preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed or certified as a therapist in the state of California
- Experience working in a residential treatment setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment
