Full time sautee chef/prep person needed immediately to work on the line and helping prep menu items daily. This is a great opportunity to learn Italian cuisine from old family recipies. Preparing soups,sauces, Italiian specialties. Pound veal, filet and pound chicken,work on line to sautee dishes, fryer for apps and parmagianas. Set up kitchen for service and break down after dinner service
