Casa Bake is a small artisanal French bakery looking for a motivated and reliable Baker Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone passionate about pastry and baking, with strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Tuesday to Saturday: 4:45 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: 4:45 AM – 10:00 AM
- Full Time
Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Baking fresh pastries and viennoiseries in the morning
- Preparing and setting up the pastry display
- Filling pastries and preparing daily products
- Assisting with croissant production and shaping
- Preparing brioche products
- Assisting with quiche production and preparation
- Helping with daily production and organization
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting the team with prep and bakery operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bakery or pastry experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Organized and able to manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for artisanal baking and pastry
